Those changes he made to his swing to "keep him healthier" obviously didn't work and it certainly didn't help his golf game.

This is a move that the Golf Channel experts have been hoping for....they just feel the current swing is causing Tiger more health issues. Butch is out? His approach caused the knee issues, supposedly. Just dial it down, Tiger, and keep it in the fairway.

I don't think Foley was helping Tiger by any means, but I don't think he was the problem either. Tiger is now a below-average putter in general, and he's downright bad from 5-15 feet. No coach in the world can bring him back as long as that is the case.

Whoever his new coach is, I hope that person helps Tiger find a swing that somehow avoids stress on both his back and his knees. Pretty tall order, but maybe not impossible.

Tiger could benefit from watching Oost, a bit, too. Nice and easy.
