Ticket office screwed my tickets up

So, I order 5 tickets last time, 1 adult 4 youth. This time I just wanted two adults. Would let me take the youths off online but not add a adult ticket. So I called the ticket office and the guy said there is a glitch and they can't add an adult price but he will give me an adult for youth price so I'd get two adult tickets for $20 total. Said still be in section K row 14. I said sweet, sign me up.

Well my tickets came this morning and I have 4 youth tickets in section K ROW 2 :) Hopefully they let me in with youth tickets. I'm giving the extra two to family member.

Can't complain about the seats.

Thought I'd share my good fortune.
 


Those dirty rotten son of a *******. I bet KF had something tondo with this. This is outrageous. Have you contacted an attorney?
 


Please do not poke fun when you walk past me in the nose bleed section of section KK as you head to find your seats.

There was a statement in bold letters when you ordered that said:

"NO AGE RESTRICTIONS on $5 tickets."

I had 3 tickets for game 1 (two youth, one adult) ... when I looked to get tickets for tonight I had the right to pre-purchase 3 at the same price ($25 total), but they could all be used by adults.

Decided to watch at home/bar so I can catch all the other games.
