I get that their professionals but with what's going on in the Jags locker room with Ramsey, I don't see how that can't be distracting. I also just read that Tennessee has won 4 straight and are holding them to 10.3 ppg in that span. I think I like Tennessee in this one, but definitely not one that puts money on NFL games.
Edit: I should add that Mariota has been anything but stellar this season so it may offset Jacksonville's lockerroom issues.
This qb came in at mop up time when the chiefs had the game well in had.
I thought the game was a little more out of hand by the time he came in. Huh.Actually he came in in the 1st qtr, Jags down only 17-7.
Played pretty well, but the Chiefs D was bad. Hoping w/ all the changes that D can improve to mediocre, or at least below-average, this year (up from horrible / non-existent last year).
I'm not sure I'm buying the way the spread is going. It's going in the Jags favor and I just don't see it.
What do y'all think?
Not a huge NFL fan, but the prime-time schedule has been extremely underwhelming so far.
Jags fan here. I like what I've seen from Minshew so far this year. Losing Ramsey is going to hurt, but I won't miss him running his mouth. I don't know the details, but it sounds like Ramsey requested a trade.
Where the heck did minshew come from. The guy couldn't stay at one school in college longer than a year ha. And some how he is making noise as a starting QB in the NFL.
