I'm not sure I'm buying the way the spread is going. It's going in the Jags favor and I just don't see it.
What do y'all think?

I get that their professionals but with what's going on in the Jags locker room with Ramsey, I don't see how that can't be distracting. I also just read that Tennessee has won 4 straight and are holding them to 10.3 ppg in that span. I think I like Tennessee in this one, but definitely not one that puts money on NFL games.

Edit: I should add that Mariota has been anything but stellar this season so it may offset Jacksonville's lockerroom issues.

I like the Jags with the spread slightly favoring the Titans. Mariota is especially bad on the road. I’m definitely not confident enough to bet on it though.

I don't bet large amounts anyway. I try to spread it around. I bet even smaller on the NFL. Every once in a while I will see an NFL game line that I really like though.
I agree with that locker room deal.
I know the Titans qb hasn't been stellar, but he has proven more than the Jags one.
The Jags have had a horrible 3rd down conversion ratio. This qb came in at mop up time when the chiefs had the game well in had. Like Brian said at that point it's all about clock and giving them 4-5 yards in the middle of the field. Plus against the Texans he didn't score until the Texans defense was worn down late in the game.
I gotta go with the Titans as well.
I'm just amazed the line moved a point from opening towards the Jags. I just found that interesting, because I don't see it.

Actually he came in in the 1st qtr, Jags down only 17-7.

Played pretty well, but the Chiefs D was bad. Hoping w/ all the changes that D can improve to mediocre, or at least below-average, this year (up from horrible / non-existent last year).

I thought the game was a little more out of hand by the time he came in. Huh.
I still gotta go with the Titans.
I don't like the over under on it because it is to obvious. Both teams are not scoring much and sooner or later somebody is going to catch fire. I wouldn't touch that one.

Wait didn't the Titans crush the browns though? Every one was picker Cleveland to rise up this year.

Not a huge NFL fan, but the prime-time schedule has been extremely underwhelming so far.

Ugh Thursday night line up has been pretty good actually. Packers vs Bears, Carolina vs Tampa wasnt bad. And this one is a pretty even matchup.

I would say only 4/16 are kind of lame.

Then you got sunday night games

All look pretty good...

With SNF and TNF taking a lot of the quality matchups MNF has definitely taken a hit. Thought MNF broadcast has went down hill ever since Sunday football made big strides. So two out of three prime nights is pretty good. NFL is still known for its Sunday day games so you have to have some quality matchups there too.

Jags fan here. I like what I've seen from Minshew so far this year. Losing Ramsey is going to hurt, but I won't miss him running his mouth. I don't know the details, but it sounds like Ramsey requested a trade.

Where the heck did minshew come from. The guy couldn't stay at one school in college longer than a year ha. And some how he is making noise as a starting QB in the NFL.

Minnshew was the Washington State QB that beat ISU in the Alamo Bowl game last year. :)

Oh, and this is his dad.

And that's why I don't bet more on the NFL.
I thought the Titans looked better on paper.
Maybe they did, figure 3 points for home field and the Titans were favored by 1 or 2. That's either 2 fg's or a touchdown.
But the scoreboard doesn't reflect any of that.
