Actually, the 2008 record was far worse than it should have been. You need look no further than the Pit game for an additional win. But for a "gut" feeling to keep JC in that game, we win. The 2008 team had no business losing as many games as it did.

Actually, one could argue it's the 02-04 seasons that are doing the "saving". Without that run KF would only have two Top 25 finishes in 13 seasons and no B10 titles.

I have no problem with somebody posting anti kf stuff, but someone so stupid who joined in 2010 and get a name like ferentz4life and in a 8 4 type expectation season flip his opinion so badly cause he went 7 6 is absolutely comical. Like if u like the guy losing 1 more game less then expectations isn't that bad.

YOU MUST BE HEARING THE SAME THINGS AS ME. I HEARD FROM A RELIABLE SOURCE (no i cannot name it, but it is soooo reliable, never been wrong before) THAT SABAN AND LES MILES ARE BOTH IMPRESSED WITH THE PARKING SPOTS WE HAVE OFFERED THEM THEY ARE HAVING A REVERSE BIDDING WAR TO BECOME HEAD COACH AT IOWA. WE WILL HAVE ONE OF THEM FOR UNDER 1 MILLION PER YEAR BOOK IT!

Top programs? I am a homer just like eveyone else on this board but get real. osu, Michigan, Penn state, Nebraska are way more attractive jobs. plus one could argue that Wisconsin, Michigan state and Illinois are better jobs than Iowa too. so we are at best the 5th most attractive job in the big ten with the possibility of 8th out of 12.
