You know what I find amusing -- when did LeBron ever say he was comparable to Jordan? He never did. This is mainly driven by talking heads and Scottie Pippen most recently. Sure, LeBron is arrogant, much like 95% of great athletes and The Decision was a horrible PR move along with calling himself King. But like I said most of the greats are arrogant
I just think its funny that the majority of the people who hate LeBron site examples and say "Jordan wouldve or wouldnt have done that". You can make anyone look lesser than they are when you compare them to the greatest player of all time.
I dont love LeBron but I sure dont hate him. I find myself defending him because a lot of the **** he takes is unwarranted. He's arrogant because him and D-Wade were saying stuff about Dirk that they most likely said to his face on the court? Thats an odd argument to me
There are plenty of examples of his arrogance. You are narrow mindedly focusing on this one, small example. I'd bet money LeBron didn't say **** to Dirk's face. Now, Wade, I could see him saying it to Dirk's face.
For the record I don't dislike LeBron, I just think he's arrogant, and once he wins a championship he will have more ground to stand on. I wouldn't even mind it as much if he were unabashedly arrogant, but instead it's a subtle arrogance. He tries to come off as "oh gee it's just me LeBron", but his actions say otherwise. I do find it odd how he has disappeared in the 4th quarter. He is probably the best player in the NBA, and the Heat need him to take the big shots in the 4th quarter. I will be interested to see how him, Wade, and Bosh respond next season if they can't pull out the championship this year. Especially considering none of them seem to like Spoelstra.
