We have nobody to blame but ourselves in all of this. We sit back and say nothing while our coach is the highest paid in the Big Ten and we haven't won the conference since 2004. Why aren't we making a bigger deal of this? As long as we support this staff, this is what we are going to get.

Bottom line, we deserve better. The fans that think Kirk should stay and that this is good enough......You are the problem. Maybe you should go support ISU. Their fans seem to be pretty happy with mediocrity. I'm not.

If we want something to change, stop buying Iowa clothing and going to Iowa games. The only thing these people understand is money. If they are making less of it, they will change something. Email Gary Barta and demand better. I hate saying this, but desperate times call for desperate measures.

It's time for a change! Stop supporting this crap.

Did you email Bowlsby and demand Fry be fired towards the end of his tenure? I mean he won the Big Ten in 1990 and then went the rest of his career without winning one...unacceptable. He only won 3 Big Ten titles in 20 years, thats pathetic right?

No, because Fry actually took us to a Rose Bowl or two. We probably won't even make one at the rate we are going. Maybe the whocares.com bowl. Now answer my question, do you think that we should be better than we are???? Last year should have been a big year for us.......and we stunk up the place. Another dud again this season. So ?????

How many Rose Bowl wins?

We've got 2 BCS appearances and 2 big ten titles since 1999. Do I think the last 1.5 years shouldve been better? Absolutely. But I dont think its time to clean house

See this is the problem with society these days.
Spoiled brats are so used to getting what they want they don't understand that in the real world you have to earn it.
I don't pretend to think that Iowa and their Coaches are beyond reproach but we all make mistakes everyday and we can only control the actions of others to a small degree.
Coaches get way too much credit for success and failure.

If you are going to follow your own advice then you need to start supporting ISU. Oh that's right, you deserve better. Looks like Oklahoma has a new fan.
