hard not to fall in love with iowa wrestling in this era. i was at a lot of these meets - and positive i was at the one where the big 0 took that ND sap down with the bear hug.

steiners, brands, et al. wow. those teams were stacked a to z. in fact, this is the era that ushered in the randomized starts to meets - by weight. i'm sure it was because when iowa wrestled after the 1st 5 weights the meet was over. zaputil, brands x2, steiner x2 meet over but only half complete.
