There is a CHANCE of an in game chat tonight

I don't recall the memo where I had to run anything by you bws ;)

just stopped off in an alley on way to radio show and dry heaved. Gonna be a fun four hours. Feeling the sun now helps a bit as we are on top deck of clevelander

If I feel up to it I will go. If not I'll work from the hotel room.

Went to an Iowa BB game a few years ago when I couldn't sit for more then a few minutes without throwing up... my buddy asked for an empty popcorn bucket for me... they wouldn't let him without buying the popcorn... so he ate popcorn fast and brought me the bucket... I didn't use it thankfully... and the end of my heaving ended just outside of Carver before entry...

my solution... by the family some popcorn and ask them to eat it fast!!!

In all seriousness... if you are too ill to go... stay in the hotel.. but I think a majority of us know that if you can get there, you will get there!

Thanks Jon! I hope you get feeling better and can get to the game. I've read the responses and know that you personally make the Hawks your life so to miss due to being ill, you must not be feeling very well. I can understand that but hope that you can get feeling better since you are there and have the tickets. Should be a fantastic night to be a Hawkeye! Go Hawks! I'll check the site JINC

Jon, hope you feel better and can make the game. If you haven't already, get some pepto bismol down the street at walgreens. I am on the charter tour bus right now with a bus load of Hawks fans, eight buses in all that left Loews. There sure are a lot of Hawks everywhere. Hardly any GT fans. Not sure if they are here and just don't wear their GT gear or if they are just driving in today. Wish everyone could be here.

Our cab driver last night said that GT would win and that's what Vegas is counting on. Hope they lose a lot of money.

To clarify, I am not choosing the chat over going to the game. It's about feeling crappy combined with the logistics after the show. I appreciate some of the sentiments but it will be what it will be.

I misunderstood ... I thought you were feeling sick/tired/overworked/etc, not sick/vomiting/etc. I meant to suggest that next bowl game you schedule a lighter workload so you can be sure to enjoy the game, but it seems that is not the problem, or at least not the main problem. Feel better!
