Three positive things stood out for me the last two games. The defense has been great. The second is the guys are not launching shots 5 seconds into the shot clock. Lastly we have not given up multiple layups by not getting back.

Good points all. Nits:
-the D hasn't been great, perhaps greatly improved is more accurate. The MTM has made a difference. Have to admit that we haven't gone against powerful PGs lately. That makes a huge difference and can force us back to zone.
-transition defense has been markedly better. And at least half of that is because we're hitting our shots, particularly long jumpers.
