I'll start. He's wicked annoying and imo brings nothing to a broadcast. Talks too fast and is a self-important meatball.

Hey Jay, it isn't about YOU, chief. STFU.
 
I just don't get how a huge network like fox concluded that he's appealing to a majority of viewers and that he deserves (presumably) a ton of money for his weak "I'm in with the in crowd" schtick.
