KF can get back into my good graces is winning out with a Big Ten Title. Anything less is too little.

I'm about at that point. Gotta beat someone legit, Nebraska and/or Wisky especially being in Kinnick, and get to that conference title game, and then I'll have some faith restored.
Beat ILL, and lose the last two, finish 7-5 and play in a very pedestrian bowl game.. Meh, who cares. Same ole same ole.
I don't even want to talk about 6-6.

making the B1G championship game is the expectation/standard I had for this season prior to the start of the season. Whether kfootball fields a team that can do it, or not, is up to him. I don't feel this is too heavy a demand for a coach in his 16th season, returning so many starters (especially on offense) and with such a gosh awfully easy schedule.

There is no indication that iowa will win 3 straight. Certainly no evidence to compete with a team the caliber of OSU.
0-3 is more likely than 3-0.

If the hawks lose to Illinois or beat Illinois but lose in rough fashion to Wisky and Nebby then this will be a very disappointing season. I will be at the point that I dont know if KF can build another top caliber team. If we lose to Illini I cant see us beating either nebby or wisky.
After last week I would be running in young legs in wadley and parker, a strong arm in CJ, maybe Gair at at both safety spots or other backup safeties to get them a few reps, maybe play a nickle package with an extra safety to have some speed to run down some running backs, leave Spearman on the bench or time to bring spearman in for some DEnd time.
I thought they turned a corner but maybe jNW is really bad and beatup. Anyway this team isnt even close to MSU and OSU and probably not Nebby, Minny, and Wisky. Since we lost to Maryland that puts the hawks in the bottom half of the big ten.
