The Journey is off the mark

Nice to see Aaron White on there, but really the most intriguing player on our team is Gabe Olaseni.

I want to know more about him. How did he end up at Iowa? How long has he played bb? Wasn't soccer his original game? I often hear he is the fastest player on the team, is that really true? Is he ok coming off the bench? Is he homesick for London? What was it like going back there last summer? What are his goals? What is his major?

Gabe would make a neat story. He has another year left so he should get one. But instead of taking off White I would love to see less of Craft.

Stalker? Gabe might want to take out an order of protection on hawkeye1. Man crush? Budding bromance?
 
It's not like The Journey can only cover each school once, is it? They usually cover 3-4 schools each week. We'll get another spot down the line somewhere, and Gabe is the most logical choice for that (although if Oglesby continues shooting well, his bounce back season would also be worth looking at).

Maybe it is just me but it seems like every time I watch the show they either have MSU or Aaron Craft on it.
 
I really enjoyed the Whitey episode. It's great to learn how these guys tick, and what drives them. Especially to hear it directly from them. I do hope something funny/different happens to Whitey along the way; as I have heard the "locked in"/sleeping in the locker room story about 1500 times.

On a side note... Tip 'O the hat to The Journey on producing such a captivating show in a short amount of time.

Did he ever get locked in the gym overnight? Didn't think so. ;)

Do you think Gabe "likes" you or "like-likes" you?
 
The last episode did not give nearly enough time to White. They should have let that episode focus on the Craft's and Harris/Irvin and given White more time in an episode with other individual stories. White was ignored by tO$U so that always makes a story for the B1G.

Should probably just give White his own docu-series. The people of America deserve no less.
