Same. I’m hoping in the next couple years they’ll get it pushed through to keep DST full time.
For a lot of different reasons, but there’s a lake I love to fish 30 mins from my work, and if I bring a change of clothes and throw my gear in the pickup, I can fly over there and have a line in the water by 5:15. Catch a few bluegills, and they can be from the lake to my plate in an hour.
And just in general having daylight at 8:30 on an Iowa summer night is good for your soul.
