The Bears lost. So what? It was ugly. So what?

They are still currently the #2 seed, they clinch the division with a win next week and a Green Bay loss at New England, they don't have to play the Patriots again, they are better than the Vikings, they are better than the Jets team I saw yesterday, and they are better than Packers without Rodgers.

The Bears are far from perfect. They are far from great. They are good enough to make it to the second round of the NFC playoffs and see what happens after that.

Agreed on all accounts. If they can come out and beat the Viqueens next Monday night they more than likely wrap up the division. I cannot see the Packers beating the Patriots with or without Rodgers.
A win against the Queens and the Bears get the division. I like that for a Monday night game. Hopefully its played indoors though!!

If I was a Bears fan I'd be more concerned with the fact that they haven't beaten many teams with winning records.

Their best win came against Philly who was without both starting CBs.

The have the North in a strangle-hold but be careful with Cutler. He choked away bigger division leads than this while in Denver. Losses come in bunches for this guy and when its going bad he'll throw his own mother under the bus before accepting responsibility.

I would rather have my team in the Super Bowl within the last 5 years and have them with one win under their belt than be a fan of a team that has never won one and wears purple.
