The Colts are Starting Over (Dallas Clark Cut)

Reports are coming out that they have cut Brackett, Bullitt, Addai, and Clark. They want to start fresh.

Whoever picks up Peyton should go after Dallas.

I wouldn't be shocked at all to see Manning, Reggie Wayne, and Clark be a package deal to a team like Miami or Arizona. They (and teams that might sign them) know that as a unit they are much better than the sum of their parts.

Why would you not try to trade Clark? There are a lot of teams with crappy tight ends. Clark has lost a step, but he hasn't lost that much.

They should be looking for a quality O-line together.

Can you imagine Arizona with Peyton, Fitz, Wayne, and Dallas? Good God.

How about this? Manning, Clark and McNutt all in Miami? Gotta figure KOK would lobby for a late round pick to be used on Marvin if he is available.

Or Miami with Peyton, Brandon Marshall, Reggie Bush, Wayne, and Dallas. (I'm a Dolphins die-hard, so that would definitely be my preference). The cool thing about Miami would be that they would be really likely to draft Reiff as a RT with the #8 pick. If they invest in Manning, they will definitely want to protect him as well as possible since they will be fully in "win now" mode.

Have you ever seen a team blow itself up like this before. Luck may want to reconsider going to Indy and demand a trade like Eli and Elway.

After seeing Clark play last season, this isn't a surprise. Just not worth that kind of money anymore.

If Bruce Arians used Dallas Clark the way he used Heath Miller....DC is better off moving on Bruce Arians used Heath Miller as more of a traditional TE.

DC at 31 or 32 years of age still runs like a deer put him out in the slot and he can be Vernon Davis dangerous.
