The B1G Eligibles - Predict which bowls for who

Tier 1: Ohio State, Penn State, Wisconsin and Michigan
CFP- Ohio State
Rose Bowl- Penn State/Wisconsin
Sugar Bowl - Penn State/Wisconsin (They need a B1G team to offset the Western Michigan selection)
Orange Bowl- Michigan (Whispers are Florida State vs. Michigan. I'm down with that.)

Tier 2: Iowa, Minnesota and Nebraska
Based on head-to-head, should be Iowa to Outback, but it will be:
Outback Bowl- Nebraska (Never played there) probably vs. Florida and 95% of their fans, just showing up at game time.
Holiday Bowl- Iowa (Despite just being in SoCal last season, Dochterman's poll says that 61% of over 3,000 Iowa fans polled want San Diego. I thought it would be 60% of Iowa fans would want Nashville.)
Music City Bowl- Minnesota and their 2,000 fans of travelling misfits.

Tier 3: Northwestern, Indiana and Maryland
Yea, we're bowl eligible. Did you hear me say, that we're bowl eligible?!
Happy to see Indiana go bowling again. Just so many close calls every season for Kevin Wilson.
Pinstripe Bowl- Northwestern
Foster Farms Bowl- Maryland
Quick Lane Bowl- Indiana

I would not be shocked to see Michigan remain ranked as they were. They lost in a very very very close game. Somebody had to lose.

I would like to see Washington and Clemson lose, only to see the crap show in the selection committee. Plus, I would really like to see the CFP go to 8 teams, which while less dramatic, will give a far better playoff.

I know what you mean about 8, at the same time there would still be controversy about who's in even with 8

I hear your argument, but it's still 2 losses in 3 games, and yes, they were both, close losses, on the road.
No way will the CFP committee have 2 non-champions from 1 conference.
All the chaos will still not allow Michigan to make the 4 team playoff, IMO.

I agree, but i'm not sure whoever ends up at 9,10,11 will have as much of a case as those currently at 5,6,7 to be in the running. I would also like to see 1 spot reserved for the top ranked non P5 school(if undefeated and ranked in top 15). This would allow for each of the P5 to get there "champion" in, and allow for 2-3 spots for the other to duke it out. In some ways, it will actually take pressure off of the committee for all except the final 3 spots.

Good work. There's talk Penn State will jump ahead of Ohio State. Do you think that's likely?
