Some dominoes fell the right way for the Big Ten.

as of today

Maryland - 6 wins

Northwestern - 6

Indiana - 6

The others

Iowa

PSU

Mich

OSU

Wisky

Minny

That's 9 B1G teams in Bowl games. I'm gonna luv this bowl season.

Ohio State and Penn State in the college football playoff. Michigan in the Rose Bowl. Wisconsin in the Orange or Citrus. Nebraska to the Outback Bowl. Iowa goes to the Holiday Bowl and seeks redemption against that team from January whose band insulted our state, with that running back i won't mention. Minnesota to the Music City. Northwestern to Pinstripe. Indiana to foster farms because Maryland can't go to foster farms. Sends Maryland to the QuickLane Bowl.

Looks likely but why would Nebster go to a higher ranked bowl? Their fans won't give a crap and we own the head to head with flying colors. Although the Holiday Bowl does sound perfectly ok. I would love another crack at Stanfart. Our boys would be REAL motivated for that one.

Our opinion of Nebby is one pole. Nebby's opinion of themselves is the opposite pole. The college football world sees them somewhere in the middle. The simple answer to your question is that they're 9-3.

Ohio State and Penn State in the college football playoff. Bowl.

You forgot that the winner of the big 10 champ game might not be PSU. Wisky played Mich and OSU very tough and no certain win for PSU. And who knows if the Playoff voters think Mich losing on the road in 2 OTs is enough to drop them from the top 4.

And if Wash wins big with only one loss to a tough USC team they should probably be in the top 4.

If Washington wins the Pac 12 championship game they will be in almost for sure. Alabama is in for sure regardless of their conference championship game. Clemson will be in for sure if they win their conference championship game. That leaves one team from the B1G so do they take tOSU or the winner of Wisky/PSU?

Pre-B1G Championship Predictions

CFP- Ohio State
Rose Bowl- Penn State/Wisconsin
Orange Bowl- Wisconsin/Penn State
Outback Bowl- Michigan
Holiday Bowl- Iowa
Music City Bowl- Nebraska
Pinstripe Bowl- Minnesota
Foster Farms Bowl- Northwestern
Quick Lane Bowl- Maryland
Heart of Dallas Bowl- Indiana

A lot will ride on the Pac-12 championship. If Washington wins out they will likely be in CFP. If Colorado wins it throws things into chaos. I doubt if Colorado gets a CFP spot. It might take both Colorado and Oklahoma State wins to put two Big Ten teams in the CFP.

Hadn't you heard? They lost to little ole Iowa, so they obviously don't deserve a bowl game.

And to sprinkle a bit more salt in Debbie's wounds - if they go to a higher paying bowl than Iowa we get to take some of their "lunch" money due to the revenue share.

do not think the Orange Bowl would take a 3 loss Penn State or a 3 loss Wisconsin over a 2 loss Michigan team. Michigan also beat each of them.

yeah i don't disagree with any of that, he asked i tried to answer with MY most likely scenario. obviously wisconsin wins or the guys in the top four of the playoff bracket as of this week lose and all heck breaks loose.

Who do I have to call to get Iowa into the Music City bowl against Arkansas. Right city, right matchup. I'm not flying to frick'n whales vagina.

Either should be fun

I would like to see Washington and Clemson lose, only to see the crap show in the selection committee. Plus, I would really like to see the CFP go to 8 teams, which while less dramatic, will give a far better playoff.
