That is what is so frustrating. This should have been a typical 7-5 KF season... but demonstrably poor coaching left us @ 4-8

1) Those four games... Iowa State, Central Michigan, Indiana, and Purdue.
2) Based on pre-season expectations I thought the defense had a good year considering...
3) The offense was awful and it's 100% on the coaches. There was talent on this team to have a serviceable-enough offense but coaching screwed them over. Greg Davis has to go but the blame ultimately comes back to Ferentz for making the hire in the first place.

You should never be in that many close games unless you're playing ranked opponents every week. Having, seemingly, no desire to score when you have the ball is a complete disregard for the objective of football: winning.
