Agree 100% The B!G got played. Why take the team that earned it when you can take a team that will get stomped? Why even play a CCG if a team that couldn't make that game gets picked? Delany needs to lay down the law and only make the conference champion available for the playoffs until a 16 team playoff system is adopted.
A 16 team play off that requires a conference championship to get in is the only way the actual two best teams get to the NCG. As soon as you have a committee making picks that erase what happened on the field you have tainted the process. The 10 (or 11) conference champions must have a shot at the NCG. A committee that rounds out that field with some at large bids is OK. PSU should have been playing for a trip to the NCG. In a 16 team format the committee could prove how much it doesn't know by wasting an at large bid or two on tOSUs or other favorites.
It's against the Bucks...I didn't see anything.....
