In that setting Fran is so much fun to listen to. And Mike Hall has a unique way of having conversations with people in a fun no stress way that I think it takes whatever guard a coach might have up down.
They bounced around from so many topics and just the game of 6 degrees of Kevin Bacon game I find fascinating with him. Fran knew Kobe Bryants dad and all the ties he has with Philly folks. Hell he recruited Kobe to an extent.
The Jess Settles Story was awesome. I didn't remember him entertaining an offer from ND and visiting out that way.
I just love interviews like that where you felt like they coulda went another hour and still not ran out of things to talk about. Wish more folks could see and know that side of Fran. I bet some of his more staunch detractors would look at him differently.
