Texas Tech Marketing "Stealing" Crowd Shots - I Am The 12th Man

Basically they used Nebby's full stadium and photoshopped it to help with their fundraising. Ridiculous.

It would have to be some kind of NCAA violation..
They are all about marketing and receiving benefits from outside

This isn't that big of a deal- and take a read of the comments below the photos... it happens all the time. The architect (most likely) used stock photos to fill in crowd shots of the expansion and Tech posted the artwork online i guess. Now, where the problem may come in... is if the architect didn't pay for the stock photo usage and/or if Tech did their homework to check that out. Usually though, if it is a decent-sized outfit... the art department is well aware of purchasing the license of that photo usage.

Funny thing is- I'm purchasing a photo right now for stock and just saw this article.
