So Tennessee lucks out to beat Appy St and S Carolina is gonna beat Vandy 13-10. Wow, if this were anything other than the ESecPN they would all be bagging on that conference and how terrible it was.

Safe to say that the win solidifies Tennessee's case for a playoff birth and winning the SEC East.

I think you mean reloading year. SEC teams don't rebuild.

TN had no business winning that game... Ap ST should be 'kicking' themselves. Between the extra pt and fg they missed that alone was all it would have taken. TNs offense looked pretty bad. It looked like their offensive game plan just expected them to run all over them and obviously they couldn't. They got lucky with the one bomb they chucked up there and other than that they did less then nothing in the passing game. That WR they have is a stud but outside of that they didn't impress me at all. The rest of the SEC is a lot less afraid of TN than they were before that game that's for sure.

As a TN fan, that game was hard to watch! Talk about a game where nothing went right on both sides of the ball. I had this sick feeling come over me, when Cam Sutton muffed the punt early in the 1st. Then we started to pick it up, until the TD on the back goal line was overturned. That play seemed to start a downward spiral for the rest of the game. It was hard to get the image of the App st over Michigan game out of my head. LOL! We were very lucky to escape with a W! Now lets see how our Hawks come out of the gate. Hopefully coach Ferentz has got our kids ready to play wide open today! GO HAWKS!!
