Why do you think that is? Is KF the most qualified to make that offensive decision?

You're comparing the athleticism of Peppers of Michigan to Iowa's King? IMO, that's a stretch. King has safety athleticism and skills. Peppers has cornerback athleticism and skills.

IMO, peppers is faster and overall a better athlete...but not by a huge margin. King didn't win Thorpe award by accident, and doesn't have close to the level of talent around him that Peppers does. King has unreal ball skills and vision, and is sneaky fast...the point is he could be used more and has the versatility to play both sides...much like Michigan uses Peppers.
