Taking sides

Why do people take sides when they do not know what happened? Leach-James for instance. There are many reports coming out about what happened, and they differ greatly. Some people are ripping James and some are ripping Leach. Why take sides?

I said this on the Hawkeye Insider, it is really a win/win dressed in lose/lose clothing. TT gets what they want (to not have to deal with Leach anymore), James gets vindicated (at least in his mind), and Leach gets a new big contract, it is temporarily uncomfortable, but in everyones best interest.

The only side I am taking that it's a joke for someone to use their position with a major media outlet to paint the story the way they want to before the other party could even get their story out. And for that major media outlet to allow that. Another reason why the only time I watch ESPN is if a good football game is on. Sportscenter has turned into Inside Edition.
