Penn State will not be disinterested coming into Iowa City. You can very well bet that Franklin is playing the 2008 tape for his players. Penn State fan hates Iowa...for 2008 and 2009 when they supposedly had great teams and we beat them. Remember the payback they promised in 2009 and how much angst they all felt after we ruined Jopa's last run for the title in 2008. We then gave them a beat down in 2009 at home.

Penn State will never be down to play Iowa.
