Watching the Johnny Autographs versus the Sneaky Sabans is like watching an entirely different sport than the one that Kurt's Kidz play. We might need to start paying our players more.
 
If anyone has access to getting "Texas Monthly" off of the newsstand I really recommend reading this months article about Manziel.
 
Rudock bears a lot of similarities to Manziel. Give it two or three more weeks to get the flow of the offense. Our offense needs to dictate tempo and get into a rhythm and I saw them doing that last week.
 
I think its clear that Kevin Sumlin/Kliff Kingsbury and the other coaches at Texas A&M just copied out 2005 Capital One Bowl gameplan, vintage Ken O'Keefe. Nate Chandler was the original Johnny Football dating back to his time at Southlake Carrol running the spread and tearing up Texas 5-A football.

What the heck are you talking about? I cringed with fear every time Chandler ran the ball. It was terrifying. Guys like Manziel and Rudock are just naturals running the ball.

Board's down to like 6 dudes. I do think if our O can find a tempo and rhythm it will be fine. Rudock is gonna be fine. I could be a negative Nancy like everyone else but it feels a lot better to think positive about the future.

I'm tempted to turn it off lest I can't enjoy the Hawks.

Dude...I'm an optimist but you've been smoking too many legal briefs or something.
 
The whole Alabama v. A&M game is like watching to two sides of Ferentz's inner psyche square off against each other. On one had we know Ferentz is aligned with the Saban school of making tackles on defense and keeping it conservative on offense. On the other we know Ferentz hired Greggity Davis to install the read option no-huddle to keep up with the rest of college football. Each time is like the mirror image of one version of the Iowa Hawkeye's.
