SUPERBOWL game thread Saints v Colts

Looks like Manning made the decision to go for it on 4th and 2 at midfield, not the coach. It worked as usual.

I've always wondered if Peyton will coach after he retires or has he already filled that accomplishment while playing?

I know that I'm "supposed" to be cheering for the Colts, but I really really really want the Saints to win, and I have no idea why.

wow bad idea there to kick a super long FG, especially with the way the Colts D can't stop anybody right now at least make them work for it.

Brees looks about 1000 times better than Manning right now. He's playing pitch and catch, and the Saints are playing keep away.

If only they'd cashed it in when they had it on the goal line.

They were on the field almost the entire second quarter, and then got a sucker punch with the onside kicked. They're gassed, and Freeney isn't anywhere near 100%.

Isn't the rule that as soon as the ball crosses the plane that the play is over? The ball clearly crossed the plane.

Wow. I didn't notice how close this call was on the original play. This will be an interesting review.
