Thanks, I haven't figured out why people have picked Okie State or Alabama already. To continue in this game you have to pick teams that are undefeated. those teams will likely be undefeated for a while this season. However teams like Washington (last weeks pick) and ISU won't be for long. I think ISU has a good shot at winning this game.

The only way to stay alive in this deal is to take chances early. Hopefully ISU wins and I stay in the game long enough to pick Oklahoma, Alabama LSU etc. in a few weeks when there's only a few of those teams to choose from.

I know I have given a way a secret to a few posters, but hey I'm a generous guy. I will say that if ISU loses I'm done obviously, but after last weeks game it's a risk I'm willing to take. I'm really hoping Iowa was much better than UCONN will be.

+1 on the strategy front.

I'm thinkin along the same lines, but I'm pegging a loss by Okie St next weekend at TA&M (they certainly will be a 3-7 point underdog).. so, with that thought in mind, I am getting Okie St in when I can.

hey hawkfarmer, would you take ISU +4.5 if you had to bet it, or is this a reach hoping they win? just wondering.....

I would. I honestly think ISU is a decent team. I don't think UCONN is going to be very good.
 
It looks as if I got left out as well:
Week 1. Illinois (Arkansas St)
Week 2. Navy (Western Kentucky)

Week 3. Arkansas (Troy) Matchup with Bama next week with aTm and Auburn to follow makes this a possible last chance to use them
 
What the heck, I'll take a flyer on a MAJOR upset occurring in week 4, so for week three I'm taking....

Alabama
