According to that chart, Iowa has won one more game than Michigan in the past fourteen years, and two more games than Penn State, then four more games than Michigan State. In the B1G, only Nebraska, Ohio State, and Wisconsin have more wins in the past fourteen years.
The team with the most coaching changes was Indiana, they had by far the worst record over the time period.
