Everyone would because there is no way to know what will happen after. If I could know without a doubt we would win the NIT or lose first round, but then somehow forget I knew so the games were still exciting, I would rather play in the NIT. What's the point of watching one loss?

Are you trying to say you wouldn't rather win the NIT than lose to UAB?
I'd rather go to the NCAA Tournament and lose than win the NIT. Tournament trumps all
I would rather go to the NCAA and take my chances, knowing there was a good chance at a loss. No way I knowingly sign up for a one and done, passing up a NIT tournament win tho.

I liked how they didnt quit after a long scoring drought and finished. I dont remember seeing that in the past. Well, at least the finishing part.
