To a certain extent yes. Fran needs to encourage them to keep shooting at times, make a couple shots and get them into a rhythm and not make them feel insecure or scared of shooting and then yank them out. This is why they play scared so much. Zero confidence from coaches and it spills right over to the players.

He has told them to keep shooting; it hasn't improved.

He hasn't been yelling at them like years past so being scared of their coa c h is an excuse.


They need to listrn to the N.FLA HC and stop feeling sorry for themselves when they miss a shot anf toughen up.
