Hater. Some good news for a change.
Supposedly, they changed the rules. Now, supposedly, your eligiblity clock starts when you either enroll for full time classes, or sign an MLB contract. There's been plenty of college football players that have started out playing minor league baseball. I get that. Not too many that were taken 5th overall. Not saying he can't wash out as the 5th overall pick, (top picks don't pan out all the time) I get the feeling that this guy is pretty legit, and should be playing in at least Omaha by next summer, and is in the outfield at Kaufmann within 2 years. Don't think he ever throws a football in Memorial Stadium, IMO.
Funny how you use the word "hater" like an insult or something. I'm sure you had your fingers crossed until the bitter end.Hater.
It was to be expected, I would have questioned his decision making ability if he wouldn't have taken the money. If he washes out in 5 years, maybe he'll come back and try qb at DoNU.
I'm shocked anyone could turn down the history of Husker football.
It is, sort of. I could say that you are being petty, but I won't, I understand that a Husker loss is a Hawk win.Funny how you use the word "hater" like an insult or something.
We were all hoping he would wear Scarlet and Cream, but I would say that 99% of us understood that there was almost no chance that he would stay in Lincoln.I'm sure you had your fingers crossed until the bitter end.
Funny thing is he turned down the history of Big Red to be a Kansas City Royal. I find that funny and ironic at the same time.
No, not really. I actually wouldn't even care if IWCC was the only football team in this state. I'd still be rooting for whatever team was playing the Huskers, seeing as how they've become your religion over there.I understand that a Husker loss is a Hawk win.
can't we all just be friends, I really dont like these arguments
