Nate was really pretty accurate within the 10-15 yard range. After that it really depended on routes. He throws an outside fade very nicely to the sideline but anything straight on or direct down the field was very inconsistent.
It would be interesting to go back and watch all his games and see how many wide open guys that he failed to hit for a TD at 20+ yards. My conservative guess would be 7.
I think he has some interesting tools where if this is what he wants to do for his career and he gets in the right system I think he could have a shot and being a Journeyman QB in the league for several years which in many cases is a nice paycheck.

I'm interested to know how much of that was Stanley's fault versus him getting insane pressure up the middle. If you get hit enough by the DTs or ILBs eventually you'll just feel pressure all the time and it can mess up your launch trajectory because you're worried you need to get it higher to get it over the rusher's arms.
With that clean pocket against USC I thought he looked as good as any QB in the draft not named Joe Burrow or Tua. That kid from Utah St. might be pretty good, but I'm not convinced that the kid from Oregon or that kid from Washington are any better than Nate. And I watched a lot of UGA football and I can guarandamntee you that Fromm would not have won 27 games at Iowa and crushed OSU 55-24.

By P5 standards I'd say he was in the average to above-average range, but as for comparing his weaknesses to Petras?
Inconsistent accuracy. Petras worse- a lot fewer high-end throws, more wtf throws. .
Sometimes slow w/ progressions, locking onto targets. Petras- always!
Not particularly mobile. Petras- a fricking statue! NS is Michael Vick next to this!
