Something is seriously wrong with this team....

After watching the interview with Uthoff after the game, I think you might be right. It's always hard to tell if they are sick or reporters, sick of losing, or if something is really wrong. He doesn't look happy.

And it isn't fatigue or poor shooting. I think there is internal strife among the players.....something has torn them apart.

I just watched Fran's post game press conference. All 82 seconds of it. He looked like a man who has lost his team. He looked like a man who has tried everything he could to right the ship, but it isn't working. He looked like a man who is seeing things disintegrate and is powerless to stop it. He looked like a man who just doesn't know what to do.

This season is over.

Uthoff wasn't happy after losing another game? Wow... big news there!

Here's what I think... Fran hasn't lost the team and there are no internal conflicts between the players.

They're simply playing like crap! Nothing more. They caught teams by surprise the first part of the season and were shooting the ball much, much better than anyone expected. They overachieved, and now they're not. Maybe they're a little fatigued, maybe not. With all the national media attention, between being ranked in the top 5 and the Uthoff national player of the year talk, I have a feeling that the real fatigue is in between their ears.

If they can get out of their heads, maybe they'll get it back. If not, we'll probably be one and out in the NCAA.

Good news is now, things might be setting up nicely for us to play Michigan State the first game in the BTT.

Ouch, rape room.

Blame it on L.O.F.T.? Works for me on the golf course. In reality, Jok and Uthoff played hot potato with the ball at the end of the game. Jok passed an open 3 and Uthoff passed off to Gesell resulting in a forced shot and a shot clock violation.

Cam Newton doesn't have anything on Fran as far as acting petulantly in press conferences after a loss.

Was anyone else concerned about Uthoff's attitude coming out of the player's only meeting? He was sort of rude and short with the reporters. I suppose it gets old answering the same questions over and over. It just struck me as odd the way he responded and got me wondering how the team was getting along.

He's always been a brutal interview. I feel bad for Scott and Chad because they ask him questions and he gives them nothing but awkward short answers
