I haven't been paying much attention to this, but came across this piece and came away just shaking my head...
"He has not been shy to give second chances to players and coaches at FAU. He's brought in two players who appeared on the Netflix documentary "Last Chance U" -- Auburn transfer John Franklin III and former Florida State QB De'Andre Johnson. (Johnson was dismissed from FSU after punching a woman at a Tallahassee bar.) Also on his staff are former Baylor assistant Kendal Briles and Lane's brother, Chris Kiffin, who was named as part of the NCAA's investigation into Ole Miss."
So he's brought in a QB who was kicked out of FSU for punching a woman. He's brought in Art Briles' kid, who was part of the rape coverup at Baylor. And he's brought in his brother who was a key part of the cheating scandal at Ole Miss. Yeah, this is going to go well.
He's been at FAU since January...when Saban fired him before the championship game because he was perpetually late to team meetings after taking the FAU job. So he's been there a total of 8 month. I give him 14 more months before that house of cards comes crashing down.
So I'm setting the over/under at 22 months total.
