Adam Rittenberg reporting within the last half hour that USC has "ousted" their DEfensive Coordinator and Special Teams Coordinator. That didn't take long.

Yeah and he probably didn't feel like a fit there all that well either if Ed O was being honest too... He's in the perfect place that fits him now. That seems pretty evident. Helton isn't that guy for USC either so we'll see how long they let that experiment continue. My guess is they dipped their toe in the water for Urban Meyer behind the scenes and were rebuffed. Otherwise they'd have dropped him like a bad habit. But since that's the case they were in no mans land trying to hold program together with duct tape till they figure out what to doHis voice is what they didn't like.
