Site being slow

Another slowdown with a big day of Hawkeye sports. Is the traffic from the Big 10 wrestling tournament really too much for this site to handle?

add up the views from just the session threads and it might make little more sense

I think there was a plugin that caused a hangup for about 7 minutes and it was fixed...nothing to do with traffic load. The new servers are blazing. Had close to 1000 concurrent users on Saturday evening, and the load on the servers was 25% of what it would have been previously. Host Duplex has this dialed in real good now.

But there are times where plugins and software aspects can throw a bug at you, and you have to correct it.
