Right now we are in the middle what is probably the golden years of college athletes getting paid. This is like before they had a rookie wage scale in the NFL, and first round picks were getting 30 million dollar signing bonuses. Eventually, they will get a cap in place somehow, and it won't be 12 million dollars. But for now, these kids are in a buyers market and taking full advantage of it. Enjoy it while it lasts.
