Should we start making a list of those who said we have no shot at Woody?

Would it make sense to start making a list of posters who said we aren't getting Woody just in case it comes in handy around 7pnm tonight? If memory serves there were several, and the were pretty vocal about it.
 
Im expecting UNC just so I dont get my hopes crushed....I have seen ol roy do this too many times....I CANT GO.THROUGH THAT AGAIN
 
Great get for the Hawks if he commits there. I'm excited to hopefully see the level of basketball improve in this state.

Ohhh it would serve a purpose, perhaps not a constructive or positive purpose, but it would sever one.

In all seriousness I think it's good when blow-bags get called out on stuff like that. Especially when they go on and on about how they know something to be the case when it's not.
 
I was not optimistic either the minute he got an offer from North Carolina. I have never seen Iowa win a recruiting battle against any of the top schools.
 
Ohh and to be clear I'm not talking about people who made statements like "I'm not optimistic" or "I don't think"...

I'm talking about guys who showed up in every thread related to him saying things like "No way we get", "There is zero chance", and similar things.
 
I'd much rather have a few people be wrong in the past then have to come to this board for a few more days of negative BS if we don't get him...
 
i'd say make a list of all the people who said he was going to iowa.....wait a minute.....they are already patting themselves on the back and putting their names on that list.......
 
Put me on it Duff. I wasn't vocal but when NC came calling I said we were done. I hope like hell I'm wrong, but I won't believe it till I see it. Also, I have a hard time with us having a shot at Paige. I would think Paige would be pulling him to NC, not the other way around.
I will toast you all at 7 in hopes I'm 100% wrong.
 
Nothing to be gained by rubbing their faces in their own negativity, better to celebrate a huge piece of the rebuilding puzzle being added to the juggernaut-in-the-making also known as Iowa Basketball!

That list should be a short one as I do not recall many posts on here after he got the UNC offer saying he was coming to Iowa with confidence.
 
Stormin and I have been saying from the beginning that he would be a Hawk. As long as we're keeping score. :)

I do not recall Stormin being confident either after he got the UNC offer.

In fact I only recall 1 person over on the Scout board boasting he was close to the family and claiming he was going to Iowa. But he disappeared after AW got the UNC offer.

OK you I-told-you-so's, get those quotes out of you confidently saying he was coming to Iowa AFTER he got the UNC offer. After Woodburys announcement someone should start a I Told You So thread so you all can post your quotes.
