Yep.
I kind of got used to and accepted the transfer portal as I came to think it actually spread out the talent across teams that would help with parity as good players would move for playing time. But, NIL changed it completely that will load the top blue blood programs who have a ton of $$$. Teams are now going to be in a tier system.
