This is exactly how I felt when I saw they had a camera on him. I just had this feeling of dread - oh no.... So good to see him keep his head up and other Hawks with encouraging words. Go get em Akrum
It sucks he won't be making life changing $ right away but he's gone to the best spot a RB could go to. The Titans pretty much only have 2 vets on the roster. We all know it takes more than that for one reason or another. This will keep him hungry and pushing. That same chip on his shoulder he had while at Iowa will only get bigger for him. I see a reward at the end of the rainbow for him. Might be a couple yrs down the road but he'll be fine.

Steve and Jon on the podcast do a nice job talking about akrum. Ya know i was reading a couple draft bubbles on akrum and they said he didn't get it out of the backfield much, and stuff like that that implied he wasn't a very good receiver. It's obvious there are some nfl draft and scout people who clearly haven't watched his games against osu, psu, and isu the last couple years. Maybe they are allergic to su's, i don't know. i like the fit with tennessee. they don't have a scat back there, a receiver type. i think akrum will go there, and he will get what you want, he'll get his shot. here's hoping he makes nfl front offices feel like Ohio State and Michigan defenders that are in the nfl----------that they missed.
