Sandusky Timeline



Anyone catch the ABC reporter who went to Sandusky's house today. Dude came out wearing a Penn State Football jacket. Talk about throwing salt on the wound.

I've read a lot about Victims 1 and 2. Victim 4 shocks me. The Grand Jury findings show Victim 4 was listed as a member of Sandusky's family party at the 1998 Outback and 1999 Alamo Bowls. It begs the question, was he asked whether any contact occurred during these trips? I'm assuming if he was a member of the coaches' party it would have been paid for by the university, yes?

Soooo many questions yet to be answered. This story will get much, much worse before there is any closure.

I saw that on another site. And the TV channel misspelled the caption as "former coach at PEEN State" :eek:
I kid you not.

I read the entire Grand Jury report. It's awful, awful stuff. I am a very forgiving person, but I can't imagine being willing to forgive him if I were a parent or family member of one of the victims in this case.
 


Please don't be shocked by this story. The THOUSANDS of victims of clergy abuse are not shocked. It is time we stop being shocked, stop giving the benefit of the doubt to child abusers, and start doing the right thing immediately and without equivocation.
 


this went on for YEARS, this guy is a predator. It should have never gone this long w/out him going to jail...
 


Jerry Sandusky to be re-sentenced for 2012 conviction

As such, the minimum sentencing guidelines did not apply to all portions of this sentencing, which occurred prior to the Allenye ruling, and thus Sandusky’s sentence needs to be readjusted.

It could result in more, less or the same amount of time considering the leeway Cleland had, as long as the mandatory minimum designation is not used.

“I suppose it depends on the judge and what happens before the sentencing and after the sentencing,” Sandusky’s current lawyer, Al Lindsay, told the Associated Press.

Can't they just throw away the key and be done? We've wasted enough tax $ on this scum bucket.
 


I saw this thread bumped and I was really hoping he got killed in prison. Or at least gang raped.

Well he might not. It seemed like he was the one that liked using his power and influence to force kids into doing what he wanted and they didn't. I doubt he'd be a big fan of it with shoe on the other foot. Maybe I'm wrong I just hope I'm right so when Bubbas gang up on him it's just that much more unpleasant for him.
