I sure am glad I don't tailgate at any of those high money donor lots!
Seriously though, the likely outcome of this is one small "Family Tailgate" booze free lots likely near the dental building. That way all they can satisfy the few who want a party free atmosphere while not changing anything major. Ohh they might also outlaw bongs and stuff on university owned property.

Whatever........this is just lip service. They say this all the time. What exactly are they looking to clean up? The 100K people that spend millions of dollars in IC on gameday weekends bc it is a good time? Iowa City is not Salt Lake City, Utah and that the Lord for that.
