Salaries for new assistants!

Once the B1G schools feel like they are becoming feeder programs for other schools and lose assistants to lateral job changes, things might shift more. Until then, I doubt they will

Ohio State and Michigan are the trend setters for the B10. They've allowed some recent growth that will probably elevate salaries across the conference somewhat, but I agree...like I stated previously, I don't see the overall trend shifting dramatically.

I like Kirk, I like what he has done with staff, but my main point is I don't think it's fair to give him, or Barta, all the credit for conservative staff costs. The league as a whole has been the basis for establishing the trend.

The article said Davis's base salary was $300K. Does anyone know if there are incentives tied to his performance that could increase that amount?
My understanding is that if he draws up a pass play longer then 10 yards on 3rd and 10 that he will recieve a bonus.
