Rutgers Game predictions

I think it plays out like 95% of Iowa games.

Hawks build lead in first half. Rutgers makes adjustments at halftime while the Hawks adjustment is to play prevent defense and run the ball up the middle.

Rutgers has a huge TOP advantage and is able to pull within a score with half the 4th Q gone.

The game ends with either:

Rutgers scoring in final minute to win
Hawks needing to recover onside kick to seal victory
 
I don't know how anyone can predict an outcome either way with any degree of certainty with this team. 2 wins over very bad teams and a home loss to a very solid team, but not a great team by P5 standards. MSU would have one by 10 points. OSU would have torn NDSU to pieces. Michigan would have had a close game until just before half.

We all deep down knew that NDSU would be within striking distance late. Personally I had hoped last years win against a decent IL State was not an anomaly

If Wadley gets more touches than does the starter, then Iowa wins by 10. If not, it will be undecided late..

Daniels can get more carries than Wadley and we'll still win. We're much better than Rutgers and Daniels is starting over Wadley because he's better
 
I understand now, some people here with these crazy scores and the wrong winner are intentionally picking opposite to avoid the kiss from Beth. I missed that before. Unlike some of you, my pick is real and I would risk the kiss for a big Iowa win.

Id way more than take just a kiss....what she lacks in hotness she makes up for in a girl who likes football and not just liking it to spend time with her guy. Win or lose I'll Ill pound it up the middle all day with her anytime.
 
Avoided making predictions this year so far, but time to change - Iowa 38 Rutgers 13.
 
27-17 Hawkeyes. I believe with Daniels and Welsh back we are a little better on offense and Rutgers is not as good as NDSU so they will score a bit less.
 
Listening to Ash's comments. We weren't very prepared last week I wish I could say we would be ready to go this week. We've seen some real poor performances with our coaching staff from time to time.
