Russell Wilson

Not surprised at all. He put up exact same numbers as RG III and was 2 last minute TD's away from championship game. He'll do well in NFL.

The guys a good QB as well as a playmaker and put up some great numbers. I'm not suprised at all and wish him the best. He's in Seattle, he's going to need it.

So basically, Russell ain’t the only Russell
Russell Brand, Russell Crowe
Zero Zero Zero Zero, a whole lot of 0’s

He had a very solid preseason. One thing I will say about Wilson...just about every "running quarterback" to ever play in the pros has been a great runner but just an average quarterback otherwise (at best); Wilson would be a pretty qood QB even without his ability to get out and run. He's got a chance to develop into a real quality NFL QB.

When Wilson played for an average team, he was less than special...made tons of mistakes at key moments in games...that followed him to Wisconsin as well.

I thought he had an excellent year at Wisconsin. Actually would have liked to seen him in a Hawk uniform.

RG3 and Andrew Luck are both waaaaaaay better than teh Russ Wilson.

Are you talking about NC State, because they weren't an average team, they were bad. Wilson was all they had and their D was terrible. Wilson is a really good player and can make things happen. Wisky would have been average last year without him that is for sure.

Pretty nice game yesterday. He's not RGIII (who is?) but he's 12 spots ahead of Andrew Luck in teh QBR.

Based on the talent assessments above, sportstalent and scorp shouldn't quit their day jobs:

PASSER RATINGS LEADERS
RK PLAYER TEAM......COMP ATT PCT YDS YDS/A LONG TD INT RATING
8 Russell Wilson, QB... SEA 222 353 62.9 2,697 7.64 67 21 9 95.5
31 Andrew Luck, QB. IND 308 564 54.6 3,978 7.05 61 20 18 75.5

Andrew Luck - I know will be great.

RGIII- I think will be great. Has a lot of the same attributes as Aaron Rodgers minus the quick release.

Wilson- Unsure. When the league catches up to him will he be able to adjust, find passing lanes and throw 40+ a game when he has to like a Brees. The average NFL QB is like 6'3 220 lbs.
