So let me get this straight, Texas and big twelve give Missouri and Neb a deadline too say if there in or out, and Colorado sneeks out the back door.

If true, it's really smart! Not letting the Texas lawyers push for Baylor is definitely being pre-active, not re-active.

Great way for Colorada to avoid being left out, when texas trys to force the PAc Ten hands. Smart move. Could this also mean the Neb may have also been secretly offered and accepted a big ten invite? And Co knows this soomehow?

hopefully they bolt quick. If they go you might see Ok State knowing it is the next man on the low rung (of the 6 reportedly being offered) and may bolt soon after so they don't lose their spot to Baylor. OU would soon follow them leaving 3 spots for the texas schools. that would be interesting.

Colorado is pretty crafty in making the first move. But if the Pac-10 sniffs even the smallest chance of getting the Texas teams and that their jumping is contingent upon the acceptance of Baylor, the the Pac-10 can merely not accept Colorado's application to join their conference. Much like the MWC did a few days ago when Boise State was put on ice until everything shakes out.

Baylor takes the spot of A&M and the remaining 6 south schools exodus to the Pac-10 as well. Then...Boom! Goes the dynamite!
