before the game last night. Basically asking the fans to get load and involved if Indiana falls behind in the game. I'm not sure if it's true or not but what a great idea. The HC coming out and asking the fans to get involved to help out the team. Maybe that would get the Blue Hairs at CHA to double up on the Glucosamine and get load.
 
From the way it was explained during the telecast it was a video showed on the scoreboard before the game made by Crean.

And Crean is a tool. He needs to be T'd up for being on the playing floor during games.

Its like a 6th defender for the Hoosiers and he damn near got trampled last night during a loose ball right by their bench.
 
I love it, it would be awesome if Fran came out and got everyone fired up before the team took the court. The last game I was at there was a lot of people just sitting on their hands pretty much the entire game. Now that the students are back I hope there is more energy in the crowd on Sunday.

Another side note about Crean last night he got upset at his team for their lack of effort. Instead of chewing out the players or the officials he went over to the end of the scorers table and chewed out his (what looked like) his clipboard. It was comical.
 
You can bet I'll be load when I'm on the couch watching the game Sunday. I can be load whether I'm motivated by a coach or not. But as for the crowd in Carver, I would rather they be loud.
 
I don't think that would really matter... the crowd might be louder at the beginning but the ebb and flow of the game will take over eventually.

I don't think the coach can really make the crowd be loud for any sustainable amount of time.. unless he is going to wave at the crowd all game.

If a crowd needs a pep talk from the head coach to be loud then the crowd probably isnt worth a poo or the coach is an attention whore. I would go with the latter in the case of last night. Guy is a giant d bag.
 
Aw come on, you don't think this guy couldn't get us fired up before the game?

How are we supposed to get loaded if there aren't beer sales allowed at Carver?

What Crean did is just in keeping with what Bob Knight would occasionally do. He would sometimes do that before games, and sometimes after. In all honesty, when Indiana was winning national championships, does one really think that they needed the General's help to make noise. But hey, Indiana did beat Wisconsin last night, so no complaints from me.
 
"Load". Cripes. Sometimes your fingers do their own thing on a key board. That or it could have been the ol' lady sleeping next to me while I was typing it. I've heard of thinking with your small head but typing?
