Sadly I dont' have anything first hand on Larsen, as I was still on the playing side of things back then. However, I was told by a couple coaches(NCAA coaches) that he was one of the best pure athletes they'd seen for an OL at his size. None of them said he as a great football player. Leads me to believe he was probably a 5* guy based on his athleticism&size. He didn't have all that much high level competition to be judged by in HS either. More or less his rating was probably based on athleticism/measurables and the huge potential they imply as much as anything else.
As far as a comparison, Ross P is a better football player than athlete but that isn't a knock against his athletic ability; he's just an extremely good natural run blocker and is very physical. It will be fun to watch him develop in college.
