5 of us coming from Stuart. ( myself and 2 daughters ages 13 & 16, and 2 friends) Tailgating at the Hancher lot.
I have my one ticket, and my son and three friends are heading over from Des Moines. Freeze your unopended bottled water and bring them in the game,
Shouldnt hit 92 until end of the game which is why these 11 AM kicks or nite games are nice the first few weeks of the season.

Driving down with 6 from Waterloo area (including my 12 y/o daughter for daddy/daughter day). Meeting a couple driving in from Des Moines. We also scored parking passes right next to the stadium. We'll be moving into our new seats in the NEZ.
Pumped doesn't begin to describe me. Hoping for some zzz's tonight (not likely tho).

Would normally be at Wing Shack with Orlando Club, but daughter leaves for new job in Austin, TX tomorrow, so will watch at home and then have dinner with her. Those going to Kinnick, enjoy and be loud!

Anyone else find it odd that they are sitting at home instead of at their tailgate right now? Funny thing is right now I don't miss it, I have some work I have to get done this morning, and then I will be off to watch the Hawks and a ton of other games.
I think Iowa really messed this one up. When you lose a customer who literally spent thousands of dollars to consume your product, when they do have the option to consume your product for free, that is a HUGE mistake. Sally Mason deciding to drive their customers away is going to go down as an epic mistake. I think it will take years before we see constant sellouts again.

Like Deano, I'm also occupied with getting some work done, running a couple errands, etc. Don't have to, no deadlines, just taking advantage of an open Saturday morning. It took a check-in call to my wife, just 5 minutes ago, to jog my memory. This, after 10 seasons of season tix!
Guess I don' miss it either, although, I did ask her to dvr and I just turned on the pre-game. If it sounds good, I'll watch the recording. If sounds what I've grown used to, delete.
